Through a variety of art projects, playful interactions, outdoor activities, yoga and meditation you may rediscover yourself in new and exciting ways. We provide a range of materials and spaces for you to be creative. Relax in our wood-fired sauna or go for a dip in the lily pond. A yoga class is held once weekly and we can link you with local Natural Health practitioners.
