Yoga

Kanjini has been teaching Yoga since 1994.  She continues to study and practice various aspects of Yoga and is dedicated to personalizing the practice for each individual.  Weekly classes in Kohukohu are suited for practitioners of different levels except during pregnancy.  Each class includes asana, breath awareness and mindfulness practice. You must inform her if you have injuries, health challenges or recent surgeries. Classical - Tuesdays 4pm $10

Therapeutic sequences which aim to develop structural Stability and Integrity. Based on Vinyasa Krama as taught by Srivatsa Ramaswami a student of T Krishnamacharya.

Dynamic - Thursdays 8.30am $15

Invigorating sequences which aim to develop Strength and Flexibility. Based on Ashtanga Vinyasa as taught by Patabbhi Jois, a student of T. Krishnamacharya.

Restorative - Sundays 4pm $10

Classical yoga postures are modified and supported with props to promote Deep Relaxation. Based on Iyengar Yoga as taught by BKS Iyengar, a student of T. Krishnamacharya.
